Origami Egg-Laying Hen

Today I feature another origami action model, an origami hen that lays eggs. Because of the unintentional color choice, I always get a craving for chicken nuggets when I see the model I folded. To make the origami chicken lay an egg, place the egg in the top opening of the model, between the neck and tail. Gently move the head and tail up and down, in opposite directions, to make the egg slide out the bottom opening.

As a warning for you origami purists, you do need to use scissors for this model. Don’t worry, I won’t tell.
