Free origami lectures

Professor Erik Demaine at MIT has a series of free origami-related lectures through the MIT website titled “Geometric Folding Algorithms: Linkages, Origami, Polyhedra.” The lectures include videos of the lectures themselves, lecture notes handwritten by Demaine and used during lecture and slides. Demaine’s father, Martin Demaine, helped shoot the video.

Demaine was a child genius who graduated with a doctorate at a crazy, young age. He is also an origami enthusiast who is helping figure out how to apply origami, engineering and math to help advance different sciences.

I am anxious to see the lecture about pleat folding. Thanks Erik and MIT for making this lecture series available free of cost!
