An Essay on ‘Simplicity and Realism’

During my last origami group, one of my friends and I were talking about origami philosophy. We were being quite silly about it, but statistician John Smith has thought about this subject quite seriously. In the recent essay “Simplicity and and Realism in Origami,” Smith discusses the evolution modern origami and how there is a longing for simplicity or realism.
